Position Summary
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of advanced radar and microwave systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The Senior Software Engineer will perform full life cycle software development in client/server, user interface, graphical display, signal processing, communications software, and/or embedded applications.
- The engineer will also have the opportunity to be involved with cutting edge FPGA technology.
Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years related professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience with C++ development.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
Physical Ability
- Must be physically agile and able to support hands-on work with large indoor and outdoor radar systems.
- Must be able to lift, carry and mount electronics equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. into chassis or structures.
Travel
- Less than 15%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with imaging and/or tracking radar systems (SAR, ISAR).
- Experience with Client/Server, Signal Processing, and/or communication interface development.
- Experience with Windows, Linux, Qt, wxWidgets.
- Experience with Multi-threaded development, GPU computing, 3D graphics.
- Recent or current security clearance
