KNOWBELL™ incorporates control tabs that group related parameters by process category, so you can easily access the exact tab you need, right when you need it. This tab structure also extends to the imaging functions, enabling quick selection of polar plots, global plots, 2-D images, RCS plots, or custom data views.

Advanced RCS processing

KNOWBELL™ includes RCS-versus-angle, frequency, down/cross-range and supports signal averaging, sliding-window averaging, angle offsets and mirroring, background subtraction, pattern subtraction, calibration, and cumulative and marginal distributions. The software also includes power averages, RCS averages, and rank filters. Unlimited sector-average statistics can also be applied. Its plot options include RCS, amplitude, phase, real-channel, log frequency in rectilinear, polar-line, color-image color-global formats, and custom plots.

We owe this to its advanced 2-D imaging functions, which apply an ultra-low distortion focusing filter, achieving diffraction-limited resolution with distortion products >20 dB—below the noise floor of even the best radar on the market! KNOWBELL™ maintains its spatial registration to within one pixel throughout the largest image windows and offers optional near-field corrections.
